NPC Interaction: Always! I think it's neat.
Psychic & Psionic Information: He has some resistance to mind control, but he can be read. He'll probably notice it happening.
Magical Information: He's a newly ascended god of creation that is drawn to people's strong desires and can manipulate reality to grant their wishes. He's still figuring a lot of it out and can actually be pulled in by strong wishes similar to an empath being hyper sensitive.
Medical Information: Technically he just died and was formerly human, going from part to complete god.
